Before you book

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes its possible, if the destination are near each other  you can just add it to comments section of the form and we will not charge extra. But if they are far away from each other you can contact us and we can give you a price and separate form.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

You can contact us  and we will you give a quote for the total price and and send you a separate form.

What information do I need in order to book?

We need, first and last name, email, mobile-number, how many passengers, arrival date and time, flight number, destination including hotel or private address and finally we need to know if its one way or return.

Do you have insurance?

Marmaris Transfers and its suppliers have full public liability insurance in the case of accidents. We do, however, recommend that you have a travel insurance policy that is valid for the duration of your trip.

Can I smoke in the car?

No. we operate a strict non smoking policy in all our vehicles. However you can ask the driver if there is possible to make a short stop for smoking, if the driver is not on a schedule for a other pick up they can decide if it is possible.

Do you operate anytime of day or night?

Yes, we operate 24 hours days so you can book your transfer time for any time you require. However for night arrivals it has to be booked in advance we don’t take any last minute bookings at night since the office is open between 08:00 and 22:00. But the customer support telephone is open 24 hours.

Are your prices per car or per person?

We do NOT provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle. Please see Vehicle capacity for further details

How can I pay for this service?

You can pay on arrival to your destination in CASH only directly to the driver no credit cards or you can choose to get a quoted price from our home page and pay with Paypal in advance.

Is the prices on the website total prices?

All prices on our website and on our e-mails is the total prices including everything VAT, parking fee etc. With us the price you see is the price you pay no hidden extras.

How do I make a booking on your website?

Its very easy, you can either go to the price page  and get a quoted price and you will have the option to pay with Paypal or you can also choose to pay on arrival. The other option is to go our booking online page and fill the form.

Before you travel

Can I Cancel?

Yes, you can cancel, we don’t charge anything for it and we don’t need any explaining. If you have paid with Paypal we will send you the money back. However we want you the lets us know so we don’t dispatch our vehicle. If it few hours before we would like it by mobile phone +905050491492 if its longer you can send a email and make sure you get a cancellation email.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes, we can change your booking, since its private transfer if there is extra space for the added passengers the price will remain, but if we have to upgrade to a bigger vehicle the price can change. Just contact us and we will let you know. However its not possible to change vehicle size after you come to the airport!

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

All details on how to meet the driver will be on the confirmation email and if you would still not be able to meet your driver you can phone us at +905050491492 and we will guide you where he is.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each passenger is calculated to have 1 luggage and 1 hand baggage, since its private transfer and if you have more please contact us if you have more so we can see if its possible with extra luggage. We don’t charge extra as long as it will fit in the vehicle

I haven’t received my confirmation e-mail. Why is this and what can I do?

Usually, this is because your e-mail account thinks our message is spam/junk folder, so check your spam folder to see if it’s in there. If it’s not, check to see that you gave us your correct e-mail address when you booked. If you did, then please contact us again and we’d be happy to resend your confirmation e-mail.

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

We do not dispatch a driver until we have a confirmed landing / arrival time as we check your flight number with the airport to ensure that it is running to schedule.  Obviously we do not charge for flight delays.

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport ?

The Meeting Point is detailed in the booking process and is also stated in the e-mail confirmation. Our driver will meet & greet you holding a board with your name on after you have gone through customs, got your luggage and when you come out from the terminal go straight down the ramp and you will see a sign saying “INDIVIDUAL MEETING POINT” with many holding signs just look for a sign bearing your name on.
