| Q: Whats about safety? |
| A: Safety is our main priority. All our drivers have strict orders to follow speed limits and traffic regulations, our staff managers monitor all the drivers. |

| Q: Is the prices on the website total prices? |
| A: All prices on our webite and on our emails is the total prices including everything VAT, parking fee etc. With us the price you see is the price you pay no hidden extras. |

| Q: Is the vehicles yours? |
| A: Yes we own most of the vehicles and some of the vehicles are rented with contract. |

| Q: What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed ? |
| A: We do not dispatch a driver until we have a confirmed landing / arrival time as we check your flight number with the airport to ensure that it is running to schedule. Obviously we do not charge for flight delays. |

| Q: How can I pay for this service ? |
| A: You pay on arrival to your destination in CASH only directly to the driver. |

| Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport ? |
| A: The Meeting Point is detailed in the booking process and is also stated in the email confirmation. Our driver will meet & greet you holding a board with your name on after you have gone through customs, got your luggage and when you come out from the terminal go straight down the ramp and you will see a sign saying “INDIVIDUAL MEETERS” with many holding signs just look for a sign bearing your name on. |

| Q: How do I book for Airport transfer ? |
| A: Easy, just fill in the booking form, making sure you give us all the details nesscasary, inc flight number, arrival time & mobile no, if available and we get back to you in maximum 24 hours. |

| Q: Is your company licensed ? |
| A: Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the TURSAB and Ministry Of Transport and Communications. |

| Q: Is it more expensive to pre-book a licensed private hire car than to get a metered taxi at the Airport? |
| A: No, in fact it is up to 40% cheaper than taking a metered Taxi at the Airport and much more comfortable vehicles. |

| Q: I haven’t received my confirmation email. Why is this and what can I do? |
| A:Usually, this is because your email account thinks our message is spam, so check your spam folder to see if it’s in there. If it’s not, check to see that you gave us your correct email address when you booked. If you did, then please contact us again and we’d be happy to resend your confirmation email. |

| Q: Are your prices per car or per person? |
| A: We do NOT provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle. Please see Vehicle capacity for further details. |

| Q: Do you operate anytime of day or night? |
| A: Yes as all bookings are pre booked we provide a 24hr service. |

| Q: Can I smoke in the car? |
| A: No. we operate a strict non smoking policy in all our vehicles . |

| Q: Do you have insurance? |
| A: Marmaris Transfers and its suppliers have full public liability insurance in the case of accidents. We do, however, recommend that you have a travel insurance policy that is valid for the duration of your trip. |
